Being techno-nerd, it’s always nice to try and keep up with all the latest technology and using it at Skirmish Paintball. QR codes, like that crazy looking image above, are found all over Japan and creeping it’s way into the Western world.

What they? Well, they are used to store information such as phone numbers, websites and locations and is the latest trend within the marketing world. A fantastic way to interact with a customer and provide them information on the spot; adverts within a newspaper might have a URL which isn’t easy to remember, but place a QR Code on the page the reader can simply scan the image and is then taken straight to the website.

The uses for these little images are endless and can be a fantastic way for us to interact with you guys and provide a little geeky fun.

Give it a whirl; scan the code above using a smart phone (you might have to download an app by simply searching for qr code reader within your app store or market place).

Keep an eye out for them throughout the Skirmish website for fantastic little offers, news and latest updates.

You don’t have to look far to find people mis-using paintball markers and causing great harm to others. This machines can fire a paintball at around 300 fps, or 120 mph in proper English.

It seems they don’t understand the implications of shooting a paintball at someone that is unprotected, which is why at Skirmish Paintball Games, we invest heavily in the latest safety gear to ensure that you will never suffer such injuries.
