Searching around on youtube for a few paintball videos, and I came across this little gem from our Paintball Cobham venue, which is also known as Campaign Paintball.

Or how about this little gem? It’s a promo video from 1988. How things have changed, eh?
So i’m sat watching prime-time TV, when the advert break is in full force and amongst all the noise, colours and bombardment of advertisements offering everything from insurance to visiting Wales, I hear the words ‘paintball’. Paintball is never advertised on TV? But then I realised it was one of those funky moon dog websites that offer customized cards for any occasion.
But this made me realize that, even though I’ve only seen one advert on TV for paintball (See Skirmish Paintballs advert), the paintball industry has done pretty well when being placed inside of adverts. Many of the larger companies pay insane amounts of money to create fast paced and cutting edge adverts, and when paintball is used as the back drop, then the industry benefits greatly without the cost.
There has been a fantastic array of adverts over the years that have used paintball as their main theme to sell their products, selling anything from cars, to energy drinks, to lottery tickets.
These videos aren’t posted in any order of preference, more a case of added when I found them.

Over the last few days i’ve had a flourish of paintball videos sent through to me, so i thought i’d share them with all you lovely people in cybespace!
This first video was post on our facebook wall a few days back, and was taken by one of our customers over at our paintball Nottingham venue using a helmat cam:
The second video today is an animation of a paintball skirmish. Excellent use of animation here, dont you think!
